If Obtain DNS server address automatically is selected, this router will accept the first received DNS assignment from one of the PPPoA, PPPoE or MER/DHCP enabled PVC(s) during the connection establishment. If Use the following DNS server addresses is selected, enter the Preferred and optional Alternate DNS server IP addresses. Only do so if you are having problems with your DNS servers.
