USR-N540 to przemysłowy media konwerter z czterema portami RS485 na LAN w metalowej obudowie. Wybór rodzaju portu odbywa się poprzez odpowiednie ustawienie przełączników. Urządzenie zapewnia przeźroczystą transmisję danych. Oparty na procesorze Cortex-M4, obsługuje protokół Modbus RTU oraz TCP IP.
